FV-V – Vibrating Separator

The FV-V model uses a vibration system to automatically separate molded parts from sprues of different thicknesses. Built in stainless steel, it is designed to be installed under the conveyor belt, ensuring fast and consistent separation while minimizing manual intervention.
The separating unit is made of tubes which, through vibration, allow the effective separation of parts. The tubes can be adjusted to handle different types and dimensions of molded parts.

SAB – Drum Separator

The SAB is a versatile solution, available in two versions: with manually adjustable rotating rollers or with a perforated drum designed according to specific production requirements. Its robust and modular structure makes it suitable for various types of molding, always ensuring precise component separation.

SMT – Manual Sprue Separator

The SMT is ideal for productions that require greater flexibility. Made from sheet metal and aluminum, it allows for the removal of molded parts from sprues by adjusting the speed via a handwheel. It features a conveyor belt that can optionally be equipped with either a paddle or roller system to sort the outgoing components.

Conveyor Belt Separators

Double or Single Roller Separators

  • Double Roller: Double roller separators are designed to divide materials into two separate flows. The molded material, thanks to its more regular shape, continues to the end of the belt, while the sprues—characterized by different shapes and lengths—fall between the first and second rollers, resulting in a clean and effective separation.
  • Single Roller: The operation is similar to the double roller, but with just one deviation element. Our technicians will recommend the most suitable solution based on the type of molding and the customer’s specific production requirements.

Paddle Separators on Conveyor Belt

Paddle separators represent a flexible and precise solution. Installed on the upper part of the belt, they operate with sensitivity up to a 5mm thickness difference between the parts, guiding the flow without interrupting production. This technology allows for maintaining high production line continuity, reducing downtime and manual intervention.
